I think technically they are, as they are organized as a single academic unit within the structure of the university.

The MBA full time program was in Newark when I went in the early '80s, although you could take night classes in NB but they didn't have day MBA classes. I'm not sure if that has changed. I'm pretty sure the undergrad business schools are separate with different admissions and degrees.
