Eventually many of these courses taught by adjuncts (myself included) will be replaced by strictly online AI instructors…that’s coming and coming fast. The era of the adjunct is coming to an end. Ai will soon be able to develop, run, manage, grade and provide feedback much better than people.
The gender/sex studies programs and faculty should be terminated.
I had a grad advisor who was a Yale PhD and scholar specializing in women's history.
She was a star in history dept and not gender/sex/women's studies programs.
Valid areas of scholarship became weaponized by the "studies" crews.
Slavery history in history depts is legit - "Africana studies" is a toxic brew.
The "studies" programs almost always have neo-Marxist roots with faculty adherents/propagandists.
They are generally anti-social/anti-American/anti-male/anti-family/anti-science.
They are nihilists without positive programs because they "feel" destruction has to precede change.
Chaos and anarchy are merely from broken eggs on the path to Utopian omelet.
Everybody is a sinner and imperfect but some are crazy egomaniacs on power trips.
Nobody kills more of their own people, and wrecks their societies more than edgy, half-baked radicals with lopsided intellects.
They infect colleges by hiding behind "civil rights" and intimidating cupcake admins.
