Rutgers fire: College Avenue dining hall to reopen with limited menu following kitchen blaze

Brower Commons, the main Rutgers dining hall on College Avenue, is scheduled to reopen with a limited menu at 4 p.m. following a Monday morning kitchen fire in which two university employees were injured.

The employees’ injuries are being treated as non-life threatening, according to an email from a university spokesperson. The employees are being treated at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.
