Rutgers Grads Open RedBrick Pizza in North Brunswick

“This is exactly the type of restaurant we would have wanted to go to when we were in school,” Farooq said. “We graduated from Rutgers and we were looking to bring something more high quality to our hometown and thought that the community would really enjoy a RedBrick Pizza.”

At RedBrick Pizza, pizzas are baked at 1,000 degrees in three minutes in open-flame brick ovens. The company's recipes use all-natural cheeses, organic tomato sauce, a signature blend of 12 spices and hand-rolled organic dough made fresh daily with organic olive oil.

Hope they put up some Rutgers pennants,photos,jerseys,etc. Best of luck to them.I wonder if theyvdo well if they may open one at the Livingston,Busch,CookDouglass,or College Ave campus in the future.
