RU has another good day with a 2nd straight team score of 1 Over 285, 2nd only to PSU and 2nd time overall they had the 2nd best round. RU's Chris Gotterup shot a final round 68 including an Eagle on the Par 5 9th to go with a 71 and 70 to finish 3rd.

Rutgers has 2 events left in the season. The Kepler this coming weekend at OSU and the B1G championship at Crooked Stick where an unknown alternate entrant, John Daly, won the PGA Championship. It's also hosted the Solheim Cup, the Women's US Open, and a couple PGA Tour BMW Championships.

The Kepler will have a majority of B1G schools competing including #9 Illinois along with #46 Kent St and will be the 1st or 2nd strongest field they've competed against so far this season.
