Rutgers parent sues for tuition refund after COVID-19 closed campuses

NEW BRUNSWICK – The father of a Rutgers University student has filed a class-action lawsuit against the school, asking for a refund of tuition and other costs, because his daughter is losing out on "The Rutgers Experience," because of the campus closure due to the coronavirus.

Same thing happening all over the country. If they win these cases it destroy college budgets, but I'm not sure they shouldn't win. These students very clearly didn't get the services they paid for.

Very true. I bet a lot of students cancel classes this year as well (due to additional online learning).
