Good stuff, but the website address above said "345-million," which really got my attention. The actual grant, however, was for $34.5 million. Those damn decimal points make a big difference.

Indeed, the larger number would have been more eye-catching. At least it wasn't only $3.45 million, LOL...the link would've still read the same way.

Pretty sure that's just a limitation of web address convention in that periods aren't allowed within the name part of a link to an article. It might automatically default to removing the period otherwise it would probably cause an error in creating the link in the first place.
