Rutgers Set to Compete Against Seven NCAA Squads at Mary Fossum Invite

"We will face a very competitive field this weekend in East Lansing and our team is excited for the challenge," said head coach Kari Williams. "Earlier in the week at Minnesota, we had some good stretches of golf. We just needed to be a little sharper with our play in the closing holes of our rounds. Our goal this week is to mind the details out on the course and to play better every round."

Rossi Records Top 25 Performance at Mary Fossum Invitational


Women's golf tied for 12th with a 905 (306-299-300) total at the 35th annual Mary Fossum Invitational, played Saturday and Sunday at Forest Akers West Golf Course. Freshman Maeve Rossi paced the Scarlet Knights for the second consecutive tournament, carding a six-over 222 (76-72-74) to place tied for 24th in the 90-player field.
