Rutgers students call for tuition reduction, elimination of all fees

A coalition of Rutgers students has sent a 10-page letter to university President Jonathan Holloway and launched an online petition calling for a 20% reduction in tuition and the elimination of all fees for both undergraduate and graduate students.
