Rutgers ticket office -- COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE

So I called the ticket office yesterday to see if I could buy one extra seat for the UW game next to my season tickets. I had to leave a voicemail, and the greeting said I would get a call back within 24 hours.

More than 24 hours later, I have still not gotten a call back. It's a good thing I simply decided to buy a random ticket on the website (and hope that there will be extra room in my row for the additional person).

HOW CAN WE HAVE THE MOST IMPORTANT GAME IN PISCATAWAY IN 10 YEARS, AND YET OUR TICKET OFFICE CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN A PHONE CALL????????

ARE YOU FRACKING KIDDING ME?????!!!!
