Rutgers women play three games in the Gulf Coast Showcase, November 24-26, at Estero, FL's Germain Arena nearby FGCU, who I believe hosts the tourney.
There is a men's side of the tournament, too, running from November 20-22.
Would love to see the Rutgers men play in the tourney.
Rutgers baseball played at FGCU this past Spring, and Rutgers was well-represented by its fans in southwest Florida.
There were more Rutgers baseball fans at FGCU than you will see at a game at Bainton Field in Piscataway.

Its a very nice tournament. UConn won a few years back, Stanford and Baylor more recently. Going into its 5th year.

According to the source I looked at, you won't be seeing the RU men, as the men's tournament is for mid-majors.

I don't believe the tourney is directly associated with Florida Gulf Coast, although I know the men's team and I assume the women's team have participated. However, you can participate in that type of tournament only once every four years.

Good test for the team, hopefully we are back. I would love to see the ladies back on top again. On paper, I like what coach has been to change the program.

Well the tournament committee didn't do us any favors. We face 2016 National Champions - So Carolina in the first round.

I guess UConn wasn't available.

Checked: only starter coming back is the fabulous A'ja Wilson; also the 6th man, Bia Cuevas.

(Incidentally, three of A'ja's teammates were in the top 10 of the wnba draft last year.)

I see that Germain Arena was used as a shelter for Irma evacuees:
