Shawver has to get better on bottom. It’s the one hole in his game that needs significant improvement. I know Byrd is legit but Shawver’s only real means of escape is granby rolls.

One rule change I’d like to see is a stall call for going off the mat, no questions asked. Refs will call stalls for not being able to stay in the circle, but intentionally wrestling themselves from a dangerous position to being off the mat completely should have some sort of repercussion.

I was impressed he was able to defend a lot of Websters attacks in the early periods but yeah as match wore on he was losing stamina.
