Thankfully because of seeding I think Poz will get a bye in the 9th place bracket and automatically get one of the 12 allocations. Not the least bit confident he can even win a match at nationals though. It’s been a huge snowball that keeps gathering more mass each match

And another stalemate call literally 5 seconds after a takedown. This ref needs to take a walk

This ref in Bulsak's match is horrible. Stalemate when Bulsak was about to score and then stios it for blood after he scored later and was trying to lock up riding time.

I'll admit that I was in denial about Poz being a little burned out. If it's not an injury or some mental health thing, then that is the only explanation. He's just not firing away and fighting like we're used to seeing. Perhaps the AA is weighing big on him. I don't know.

That said, he still our guy and I'll root for him. What he's been able to do as a true freshmen and with the vision issue is remarkable. Wish him the best no matter what.

He had surgery and didn’t wrestle at all so this makes no sense. He’s a previous NQ.
I do expect to see Poz back. This is maybe the only time I've agreed with Harley; I think it is all emotional. He's wrestling like he just lost a girlfriend. Soldano belongs at 197 and I don't expect we'll see Janzer much. I fear Turley will never be what he once was if he wrestles again. Soldano is the next great hope.

I'm calling it right now. We won't be seeing Poz next year. He doesn't want it anymore. I have seen this sad seen too often.
I going to disagree here. You know this better then anyone. Been there. If mentally you mind is slightly off or your game is off. At this level it will hurt you. At region 2 I had this same discussion about Poz with Karl Monaco and a unnamed RU coach. That level is 99% mental. He mentally is not there…in the most brutal conference in the country. He getting in. It’s what his mind controls how he does at the NCAAs.

The speed at which folks have chewed up Poz and spit him out is incredible. Aside from the speculation he has a severe case of H.E.W., can't help but notice the timing of his precipitous down-ward trend in performance coincides perfectly with the injury sustained against MSU.

Frank, I totally respect that. I am sticking with my assessment, though. It is too consistent and you can just see it on his face. With me and Anthony, the fire was there, we just got to content and then regrouped with Poz, it is a total like "I'm done" I really hope he finishes this year on a high note, takes some time off, goes see a therapist, redshirt, and come back swinging! Unfortunately, I think that is wishful thinking. Karl! His brother John and I go way back. He is living somewhere near you, isn't he? Fairfield, Montville, or Verona? I can't remember. I did hear he was coaching again at high school because of his son. He's a great dude.

Chewed him up? I didn't see that. I haven't seen a post from anyone that doesn't care about him. Commenting on what we see and our concerns with it do not qualify for chewing. Here's a question for you: what was the injury?

We are more pissed that the coaching staff is letting this happen if he is indeed hurt. You've made plenty of disparaging comments before, Mr. High Horse.

Karl Montville. Was Anthony private coach since 7th grade. Made Anthony to the next level. Not sure about John.

Rivera in hole mat 3. Will be interesting to see if he wrestles
