Ohio State 11-9 3-6 at Indiana 14-6 5-4 on Fox
Minnesota 7-12 1-8 at Northwestern 14-5 5-3 BTN at noon
Illinois 14-6 5-4 at Wisconsin 12-7 4-5 on Fox at 3
Nebraska 10-11 3-7 at Maryland 13-7 4-5

Sun 1/29
Michigan 11-9 5-4 at Penn State 13-7 4-5 BTN noon
Michigan State 14-7 6-4 at Purdue 20-1 9-1 CBS 12:15
Rutgers 14-6 6-3 at Iowa 12-8 4-5 BTN at 2

Could have seven teams with 5-5 record in conference.
Hoping Iowa is not one of them.

I want Ohio St., Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Penn State (ugh!), Purdue, Rutgers.

Northwestern is throttling Minny and will move into a tie for 2nd with us. We both play Iowa next. Bringing this gem bac so bac can laugh again.

March 5, 2023.
Rutgers vs. Northwestern.
At the RAC.
Winner gets a double bye.
Chicago is purple, NYC is red.
Most hyped regular season game in Big Ten history.
Ohio State and Maryland fans watch longingly from their NIT seats.
Who’d a thunk.

Not worth a thread, but how the mighty have fallen. Just tuned in for a minute of a bad Notre Dame (9-12/1-9) team throttling an even worse Louisville (2-18/0-9) by 20+ in the 2nd half. I don't follow ND at all, but I assume this is not the same team that beat us last year.

NW taking care of business. They will be 15-5, 6-3. If they had a blue blood name they would be ranked for sure. Will they get some respect and break into the top 25?

Minnesota's really putting up a fight at Northwestern. Oh, wait,.......

At Northwestern, if the students manage to distract the foul shooters into eight misses they all get a free chicken sandwich.. LOL that's brilliant. Just happened today. On the other hand, I thank my lucky stars we still get to play Minnesota twice this season.

Temple going to OT at UCF. UCF missed a free throw with 2 seconds left on purpose down 2, got the offensive rebound and got fouled again. Made both.

Smh Owls

Owls pull it out in OT. 8-2 in the AAC now, and 5-0 on the road in conference.

That loss is looking less ugly by the day
Anddd on the opposite end of the spectrum UMass Lowell loses again. That win is getting less impressive by the day. The losses are piling up for them lately, 4 of their last 7 to Albany, Binghamton, Maine and now New Hampshire.

Meanwhile looking like a tough day for ranked teams…Auburn and Xavier lost earlier.

Oklahoma putting a beating on #2 Alabama, up 17 at the half.

Mizzou beating #12 ISU by 10 at the half.

#16 Marquette up 1 on DePaul at the half.

And #3 Houston losing to Cincy by 4 at the half.

Illinois and Wisconsin scoring at will.

Jk, it's 14-11 with 5 minutes left in the 1st
Clank...Clank...CLANK...CLANK...clank

Wow! A three second call!

Wisconsin with only 16 points at the half and three of those were from a 3 pointer that banked in.

Well the narrative of Bama being such a great team poised to win the national championship took a hit

Guess what its wide open this year. None of these teams are unbeatable. A strong top 12 for sure though

It's a 30 point lead now.

Wiscy up 1, rooting for them for standings purposes.

Houston hangs on vs. Cincy.

Not a bad year to be a 4/5 or 8/9 seed. The one seeds will be weak imo.

After the loss, I said Temple was a good, athletic team that would do well in the AAC. I got more than a little grief for saying that, lol. Glad to see they've lived up to their potential, making that a not so bad loss, especially missing Paul and Caleb.

SHU all over Butler in Indy. Are they playing themselves onto the bubble?

Pitt on a 9-0 run, up one on Miami 30 seconds left, Miami ball.

Strong day so far for the bubble.

Teams on the 10 or 11 line or "other at large" section of Bracket Matrix:

10 Creighton: Win
10 Northwestern: Win
10 Wisconsin: Loss
11 Maryland: Win
11 West Virginia: Win
Out Pittsburgh: Win
Out Oklahoma: Win
Out Wake Forest: Loss

Many if these were ranked wins, over Xavier, Alabama, Auburn, and Miami
