Schiano needs to trust whatever OC he brings in or he will micromanage him to death. That is the one lesson I hope Schiano learned over the past few years. He needs to let his assistants coach.

The rumors are that he is never going to come back and that it is already a done deal for him to come back. We just have to wait and see.
