Will be interesting to see if Rutgers buys the land and if it is used for new dorms, a Veterinary School or other purpose.

I thought it closed years ago. Or maybe they just had no customers.

They should buy it. Would be nice to have a grand entrance on Route 1.

Whatever the ultimate purpose they should seriously consider buying it if they get any sort of reasonable price.
