Seat Cushion Rentals At The Stadium?

Y'all, so I have never done the seat cushion rentals at SHI, but my crew today wants them. I see on scarletknights.com the info on where you pick them up, but no info on HOW to reserve them. Do u just go to the pickup area and pay then? Or do you need to reserve in advance? And if so, then how?
