When I first saw her coaching against us vs Northwestern, I was like ?????. Same as with Chelsea down in Georgia. Why these two were ever let go from RU staff I never understood. Their credentials are outstanding, and Chelsea is such an RU homer(follow her on FB). Nothing against our current coaches, but who ever let them go to begin with was not too bright. They had an outstanding relationship with recruits.

Couldn't of hurt. But the truth is that Joe McKeown has always matched up well against Rutgers. Don't know why, nice guy otherwise, but I think RU has always struggled when playing his teams, regardless of the ultimate winner.
