Richard is who the new engineering building is named after. He led a drive many contributed to. Much needed gift for Rutgers Engineering. Nice to see so many alums of high means helping out the university as we have been severely lagging in this area compared to other top universities.

According to the article, Mr. Weeks has actually given $16 million, because the new engineering building named after him Mr. Weeks gave $6 million for construction.
