..for a year that brought enjoyment to all the Rutgers faithful.
...for a year that brought respect back to Rutgers basketball
..for a year that gave us hope of better times ahead
..for a year when nothing but positive things were being said about the program
..for a year when interest in the program was re-kindled
..for a year when the kids on the team could smile and be proud of their accomplishments
and last but not least
..for a year that taught the importance of teamwork, dedication, effort , and commitment

THANK YOU COACH PIKIELL

Totally agree with OP.

I was at the game last night (the guy with the red wig; made it on the Jumbotron 3x, kind of cool!)

Cheered for the team as they headed for the tunnel after the game. Coach Knight came over and gave me a fist bump, and thanked me for coming out. (Love that guy; SO glad he is a Scarlet Knight.)

I wish I could have been on the handshake line after the game.

I wanted to shake the hand of each and every player and coach, look them in the eye, and genuinely thank them for all of their efforts, fight, hard work, and dedication over the past year to make Rutgers basketball something to be proud of again.

We are on our way.
I will relish the journey.

Go get'em, men!

Well said! Thank you Coach!

Great job by the coach. The Ohio State win capped off a season of real growth. He is a true gentleman regarding his courtside demeanor.
