That's exactly the point. It helps balance the playing field. But not every r school takes advantage of this. RU obviously has..

Field of 68 makes really good content but my favorite college basketball podcast is Titus and Tate. They might be a little too meme-y for some but they're really funny and Titus is a pretty huge B1G fan, having played at OSU with parental ties to IU and Purdue.

Man, I LOVED Club Trill when he first started it. Haven't listened to the pod though.

That was a terrific podcast and shout out to all things Rutgers and Steve Pikiell . They spoke the truth , we have learned how to win, learned how to win close games, learned to win on the road, learned to win close games on the road. Our defense which is elite and either between 1-3 in the country gives us a chance every game.

In today's episode they talk early on about an old aau team w tons of talent and mention Brandon Knight as a stud..no rutgers talk but that was good

For these guys, who are not RU fans, to know this much about our team, is impressive.
Guy with the glasses is John Fanta. Seton Hall grad, who frequently goes on the Jersey Jump Podcast with Jerry Carino. He definitely knows RU Hoops and has brought a ton of RU talk to the Field of 68 pod and elsewhere.

These guys sum up my feelings so well. I posted that not sure how UConn is ranked ahead of us and this podcast confirms my feelings @bac2therac

Uconn beat Alabama and Iowa State and doesnt have a loss as bad as Temple. For now i rate them slightly ahead of Rutgers

I dont see the controversy here

They got blown out by St Johns without Montez. Temple was before Caleb and Paul returned. They would have definitely beaten Miami had Paul played and had Caleb been healthy. They also beat Ohio St twice

Uconn played a tough OOC schedule, they are a different team now than they were early season and presumably so is Alabama and some of the other wins they have.

It would not be a competitive game if Uconn and Rutgers played now.
It also would not have been competitive if they played in November.
Opposite results though.
Uconn has been 40-50ish since mid to late December
We've been top 10-20 in that time frame
