Like egg nog and the Yule log at Christmas, the office shelf thread is a sign that it's almost football season!

It's taken awhile. Usually find on ebay or the schools website. I also have a guy who makes them special order. Was challenging this year since I also had to add pennants for the 4 new schools that most vendors haven't updated to be part of the big ten (18) yet.....

We do have housekeeping people come by but they do mess up my shelf at times as well unfortunately... lol
I would welcome housekeeping coming in our offices. We have to beg to have our office vacuumed. Sometimes housekeeping staff brings their kids, and maybe they are playing.
True story- when my office caught fire 10 years ago, my Dwight Gooden bobblehead disappeared. The body of my Kyle Flood bobblehead disappeared, but I found his charred head and I kept it.

Housekeeping comes by every day here... They don't dust my shelf often which is fine with me - they tend to mess it up.

I actually did a search of my previous helmets since I think I did have it from back then (it looked familiar) But haven't found it and it's easier just to get a new one..... I don't remember when I started the shelf (getting old, memory isn't working as well...)

As I'm a few more years than 10 behind you, and wondering when I will retire, do you still enjoy working at 69? I'm still mostly good with work, and while I think I could probably retire and be OK financially, I still like going into the office (in person and remotely).
$25 a helmet is kinda steep... Will stick to what I use... But thanks for the link!!! Only paid a total of $8.32 for the Kansas State helmet ($3.95 + $3.85 shipping + $.52 tax)
I do enjoy my work! Will keep at it for awhile longer (an old boss of mine retired at 84! - I'm not waiting that long though....)
I worked in an office where a gentleman worked until he was 91. He loved coming in to see the young women in the office.
