I am still not sold on GS 2.0, but I feel like tomorrow's game will be a very close contest and close enough for RU to pull off an upset. I think RU has found its offensive spark with GW and to me that is what RU needed to turn the corner. He is still going to make bone head plays, but I think he is someone that can make the incredible play to keep RU in a game. It will be interesting to see his development during the next 2 games.

Earlier in the year, I would have called it a shut-out. Wimsatt's legs will help Rutgers score a few points.
The defense is tired and a little battered. It is still a promising unit with several good players, but they are not going to stop State Penn tomorrow.
Dumping tickets on 3rd party site just to claim game sold out is pretty $#!!ty
and sad to know its fanbase in the area wasn't strong enough to buy enough tickets from the school so it would be a legitimate sell out making dumping the tickets nessary in order to claim game sold out.

I like a lot of what I saw versus Michigan State. Team just has to learn how to win. I’m confident we’re in this game start to finish and pull it out with a late FG. You’re gonna be very disappointed come Saturday night
They’re not gonna take us seriously while we are hungry for a win. It’ll be a little like Syracuse 1999
The difference is Michigan State is not a very good team. They had 8 players 5 of which had started this year suspended on a defense that was already struggling. Yes Rutgers passing offense looked improve but Michigan State is terrible against the pass currently ranked 105th in the nation in passing yards allowed and had two starters in defensive back field suspended.

PSU 44 RU 10. They are ranked #11 for a reason, they have a good team. What I most want to see is how Gavin plays. He is going to get some great experience, and will be a super player in the future. I'm sure he will make plenty of mistakes tomorrow but that is how one learns.
I think he started out good, but the offensive line was picking up the pressure pretty good at first. He missed a couple of easy screens, and thew low one time and the next pass threw high. He has to work on accuracy. He did some good throw-aways and he is fast to fire out his passes. He isn't much of a running threat at this time.
He not even a true freshman. He is a redshirt freshman and definitely not ready. I said it before he needs a season to just learn the position and not worry about playing. Enrolling early was a huge mistake.
