A blind squirrel can find a nut. In this example a blind AD (Julie) found a good assistant AD(Sarah). Outside of that I like to pretend those two and a half years with Julie as AD never happened.Best athletic leadership we've ever had. Hobbs is monster and Sarah is no slouch. She's the best thing to come of the last AD's debacle. Probably the only good thing.
Sarah is a future P5 AD herself.

Just sucks that Barchi is such a spineless jellyfish. When Julie failed to fire Flood Barchi should've fired both of them.It happened. This season's football proved it. Her inability to fire Flood in 2013 (and hire a competent coach) is the main reason that we are so far down.
Agreed, last year we started our ooc's with a team just learning how to play and had a very nice run. This year we just need to fit a few pieces and can refine our teamwork to a much higher level. I truly think we will surprise many in conference. There is soooo much momentum right now it's not even funny.....Can't wait to see the progress in Year 2, which is another small step forward....the key is work ethic and attention to details on game day/preparation is the only way to close the gaps between RU and the rest of the B1G.....Certain that with this staff, AD and players buying in along with the momentum with 2018 and now starting to happen with 2019 recruits, RU is going to move up the standings and have a program we can all be proud of.....
