I prefer a Quincy Douby type player that actually would scare opponents with his shooting ability.Reid is a 5 star player like Towns from St.Joseph Metuchen who probably will not go to college for more than 2 years.

Ok I don't know much about recruiting. But a 5 star player? Umm I would take him

We need a center like Reid who is a real presence. We also need a shooter or two. Hopefully Mamadou Doucoure can reclassify for 2017 and help us at center next year.

Yes so would I but the likelihood of him coming versus going to Kentucky or another elite school seems remote.

I don't let know how I feel about Naz, I'm an RC grad and watched the game against Linden. He has great touch from foul line I guess that's a benefit but I think a 6'11" guy with good athletic ability should dominate Any HS basketball team and he did not. They should have been able to go to him and have easy dominating buckets and they didn't. I haven't seen him but one game looks like he's a more athletic version of Gettys

I know it's been said constantly that we need shooters, but the amount of point blank close-range shots that we miss sometimes. Seriously, a guy inside that can really work the post and score effectively inside would be awesome. Not to mention developing him to rebound like we have been doing lately and he'll be eating up second chance points. I like it. [cheers]
