To Those Giving Up Their Season Tickets

For example, tickets to the Maryland game are going for $268 each for section 105. The cheapest ticket is $23.

I have mine for sale for $25 and got zero offers. I bought extras for OSU and barely got rid of them by game time. If you're looking to make money, you're looking in the wrong place. I had the same misguided idea, I've tested it, and it's a bad plan.

You could put Maryland tickets up for free and you still wont get any takers.

And only instant-download tix are available now. I had my tickets listed and slashed the asking price from $25 to $12 before the UPS-delivery sales deadline earlier this week. No bites.

Okay. So much for my buy cheap sell high idea. Flood should buy all of our tickets back and make an artificial demand, like the Hunt brothers did for silver.

One guy says he's group is eager to expand…I'm willing to bet he can't find one new person willing to invest in season tickets.
The more likely scenario is he won't be able to give tickets away.

Please post your section, row, and seat numbers so those of us that want to upgrade know what will be available.

Thank you.

...shouldn't you all already be front and center since you're just so much better than everyone else (and could have gotten GREAT seats basically anytime between 1996-2002)?

I honestly don't even know them. It's endzone. Dropped 8 sidelines for 4 endzone seats. Fudd was never going to compete in this division.

Enjoy the beat downs OP.

I actually have quite a few friends who are fans of tOSU, Michigan, and some other B1G teams we play. -Not keeping tix if Flood's back, but if I did, I'd just end up giving the tickets for most of the games to them. That way at least somebody would enjoy watching the carnage taking place on the field.

You guys still think the row and seat printed on your ticket means diddly for all but 1 or 2 games a year? How quaint. Just wait until close to the end of the 1st quarter and pick an open spot in your desired location.

Trying to decide how close to the 50 I want to move from the upper level tomorrow. I'm thinking 127 or 125. Don't want too get too greedy and go right to midfield.

So I'm not the only one who does this. It's getting to be like Citizens Bank Park, where you can buy a $17 standing-room only ticket, walk in and take a seat right above the visiting team dugout!

By the way, I have great seats, if Flood is back you can certainly have mine.
While you say that now, when the first game rolls around next season, you'll be in your seats.
It's part of what we do as loyal Rutgers Football fans.

I appreciate the thoughts but I am not loyal, I'm a diehard, have been for 40 years…there's a difference.
