Remember when Dave Hutchinson covered RU for the Ledger/NJcom and Manahan ? He now covers municipal town meetings for NJcom. How did that confidence from Manahan work out?

I am wating for all the asshats who hated the whole bunch of them last year when their stories did not fit their agenda but now that it does have a love fest with them.

No way should any Rutgers fan on Scarlet Nation use the word pettiness towards anyone else, but especially when it comes to the Start Ledger.
True. It's also conduct totally unbecoming the editor of a newspaper who, above all else, is supposed to maintain objectivity. That's why I encourage all RU fans to do what I did 2 years ago -- cancel that Ledger subscription.
Thing is, I don't actually agree that Duggan had a better season than Flood. And Manahandjob shouldn't be casting stones about people that really ought to be fired for non-performance when he, Duggan and Politi still have jobs.
I think Flood response to the question was stupid as well. He is in a business where votes of confidence and the lack of them are used from time to time to provide signals of what comes next. To compare that to a sports reporters position is silly. He effectively deflected the question only because the media let him get away with it.
What I don't get is how supposed fans of our University find any of this funny. If you don't follow twitter they have a dailey love fest re-tweeting their take downs of RU, telling the twitter world how great each other is. Meanwhile they are ripping OUR school JUST to get hits.
It has been proved time and time again that they get a lot of their stuff from this board and run with it. Then this board takes it and makes it sound like the "news" is coming from verifiable source.
We wonder why the rest of NJ does not respect RU, it is because these idiots constantly bash US. There could be a robbery anywhere in NB and the headlines read "Robbery near Rutgers". A person who was a Rutgers student 3 years ago gets arrested and the headline reads "RU student arrested". Most of might not realize a lot of people that have nothing to do with RU only reads this drivel and take it for fact.

Daddy Manahan has to come to the rescue of poor little Duggan. Flood nailed the response in his press conference - that was a premeditated answer to a question he knew was coming. Maybe Politi gave Flood the idea to shaft his former Ledger buddies. That would be hilarious!
This is exactly what I mean. You have Seargent staking out in front of Old Queens taking a selfie and all of his buddies Duggan etc egging him on. Most of you forgot what they did to our recruiting class last year, their hatred for JH and yet some of you are the fault for all of it.
Why would anybody want Duggan's job (or Manahan's, for that matter)? A person tends to have great job security when no one else wants your job.
