Maryland, the players are dancing on the sidelines with so many minutes to go. I can't believe the coaches allow that. Stay classy and humble Maryland, it may come back to bite you in the a$$.

Maryland is pouring on the scoring because the head coach didn't like all the Princeton talk prior to the game.As I said in another thread the UConn and Maryland head coaches are arrogant but they back up their talk on the court where they destroy opponents.By now fans should realize that there is a wide disparity between the top 5 womens ranked teams and everybody else.Princeton played a terrific first half but Maryland simply has too many weapons .Mincy would have been a great addition for Rutgers.

I noticed the Maryland girls when they played NU that they were a little short on sportsmanship and class. Especially the Brown girl. I watched for it any time they were on and it was the same regardless of who they played.

Princeton deserved more than an eight seed; they could have been in the sweet sixteen (theoretically.)

Theoretically, yes. But in all likelihood, no. As the announcers stated last night, Princeton isn't accustomed to going up against athletes the likes of UMd's, nor those of most good P5 programs. A steady diet of Columbia, Dartmouth, Brown, etc. doesn't prepare a team for the NCAA's. If Princeton wants to take the next step in building its program, it needs to upgrade its OOC schedule, kinda like UConn is now forced to do given the overall weakness of the AAC these days.

I'd have taken Princeton in pretty much any of the 4-5 games.
