I am not in love with schiano coming back , but given where we are as a program I don't hate it either . He will make us respectable .

GS had no issues with RU admin while here building program. He's the one candidate Barchi could hire without AD and still be a safe hire. People only issue is he didn't win conference. Barchi lands guy that knows program, runs clean ship, turned around mess at RU, and NFL coach. Definite step up for next few years before B1G $ comes in. RU already proved willing to up salary for Greg. Safe pick with upside for non Football president.

His support staff hated him (many past coordinators and assistants said he was just insufferable to work with), he never made half time adjustments....and again, what the hell did he ever win? Never beat WVU his entire stint here. Seriously what hell are people smoking to think he is going to come back and all of a sudden be a different person? I just dont get it.

Could anyone provide a shred of evidence to suggest he would make us a top tier B1G team, we were never even a top tier Big East team?

You have to understand that we are all a little dinged up as we all just got our collective bells rung. Plus, we are young to this "process" of not having an AD or Head FB Coach.
