And scheduling is just as important as recruiting and coaching and it was blown to satisfy a few alumni. Foolish to start with a game that gives you no juice if you win and is counted the same as a Q4 loss. Start the whole season in a hole. Beat some cupcakes now and get overconfident for the tough games. The team will forge tonight but the committee won’t.

I am usually able to take a loss and not to take too much out of it. I always like to say evaluate based on a series of 5 games and not 1.

I don't understand how playing Princeton teleports us to game 7? We played Princeton, we can see there are problems. We could also see that when we were playing overtime against Lehigh, scoring 48 on Merrimack, and losing to Lafayette.
Princeton gameplanned to our weaknesses and exposed them in an obvious way.
Pike benched 3 starters at half for bad D. It took him until Game 6 if i recall to make lineup changes.
Well, while this game was certainly an unwanted kick in the cubes, at the very least, (and I do mean the very least), we don't currently reside at the bottom of the B1G. That "de-STINK-tion" presently belongs to MSU.
