Just having some fun, since 4 straight losses kind of sucks, even if the MN game was a big improvement. Anyway, should be around 60F on Saturday and there could be some showers and it might also be windy (normal is 62/39F). And in case anyone is curious, the weather is looking decent right now for Halloween, with mild and dry conditions (highs in the upper 50s), although we're a week away and this is not a lock, by any stretch.
Also, just for giggles, we could see our first snowflakes of the season very early on Thursday morning in the Poconos and Sussex County (and the Hudson Valley) Unlikely to make it much further S/E than there, but couldn't rule out some snow showers in Warren/Morris/Western Passaic. Little to no accumulation is expected, but winter is not far away now - also, for those who didn't know, much of the Adirondacks and Green/White Mountains in NY/VT/NH/ME got a decent snowfall this past weekend, with 2-4" widespread and up to 10" at the higher elevations. In addition, freeze watches are up for most of the area for Wednesday morning (and will also be needed for Thursday morning).
