What is going on with that lot next to Tacoria and adjacent to Aspire?

It's been empty and derelict forever. The little convenient parking lot that was next to it is now also fenced off. What an eyesore for (what I think is) prime real estate. No one wants to develop this?

Thanks - guess it didn't work out and the owner didn't get the variances from town hall. That article is from over two years ago. Guess we'll have to stare at that lot the way it is indefinitely.

Yes, it would be nice to get something in there, but even vacant a step up from what was there not so long ago.
