I ll be rooting for Harp and hope to see that he got called up to the Raptors! It’s good Toronto emphasizes its Development Team but I also wonder whether it makes more sense to sign with a team that needs talent. Example is Jared Rhoden signing with Sacramento. Kings have been awful and thus will be interesting to see if Rhoden gets a sniff in the nba.
