With your new coach and new style of play (emphasis on defense and rebounding) FINALLY someone in the Big Ten is trying to replicate the formula that has served Wisconsin so well for almost two decades now.
Add in the much richer recruiting grounds of the Northeast and all the ingredients for success are there for RU - given, of course, time and patience.
As competitive as UW has been over the years, it amazes me that no other school in the Big Ten has tried to emulate what UW does.
It will be interesting what RU BB will look like in two-to-three years.
Heck, just look what happened today, RU almost beat a senior-laden UW team at their own game ...

Problem is in 2 years we will lose some key pieces and we will have to have brought in major talent. I'm confident they can though.

Thanks for your post and good perspective. I always respected Wisconsin and admired the way bo ran things . I believe he always recruited kids that were decent students and actually attend real classes correct? You don't see that too often in big time college hoops.
