The team enters the Spring schedule ranked #112. At this time last year, their ranking was #115. The team went on to win 2 events, including the season ending Golfweek National Invitational but they lost to graduation one of their all-time best and another who had 2 Individual championships.

Their schedule includes some Top 30 teams and the B1G Championship will be an absolute bear. Of last year's NCAA Golf Championship Final 4, 3 teams in UCLA, USC, and Oregon are now in the B1G. 3 B1G teams are currently Top 10 (#4 USC, #6 Oregon, and #9 Northwestern} with #22 MSU, #28 UCLA, and #29 OSU highly ranked. At #112, RU is ranked 15th in the B1G, anead of #116 PSU, #123 Iowa, and #139 Nebraska.

Both men's and women's golf are going to be severely stronger with USC/UCLA/UO/UW in the conference. Spring sports in particular (golf, tennis, baseball, softball, track&field, etc) will get much more competitive with those 4 schools in the fold.

Much more competitive on the women's side, not near as much on the men 's side,

Safe to say the Women's B1G Championship field is stronger than it's ever been.

Knight do you know enough to break down the girls or should I just look at the team online?

I just looked at roster real quick; We have some international flair and are very young!!
I was going to do thie for the tourney this coming Monday but why not now. Current National rankings out of 1801 qualifiers.

Lucrezia Rossettin (Sr Capt) #386
Joline Truong (Fr) #393
Grace Lu (Jr Transfer) #539
Judy Amano (Fr) #816
Krystal Li (Soph) $923
Lorena Rossettin (Soph) #932
Emily James (Soph) #1160
Kayla Diaz (Grad) No Ranking

RU is currently Ranked #112 out of 281 D1 programs.

I would say the team has no consistency. Last year the Rossettin sisters were imo the best players behind Leigha Devine. The younger sister had a very nice Spring last season but it doesn't seem to have carried over, Truong and Lu have definitely had their moments. Truong finished 6th and 5th in her first 2 starts. Lu has a 2nd Place but as I said, overall there's little consistrency round to round by any of the starters,
