I was putting bits and pieces of my thoughts throughout a bunch of threads but wanted to collect them all together to see what you think

This game was a little screwed up as JWill was out most of the game with foul trouble. You see that he is taking on the defensive stopper role on the team. That to me is as good or even more important as finding a third scorer.

I think Ace will find his own. Right now even the threat of him being the second scorer is good enough for the opposing team to not gang up on Dylan.

Derklack is perfect in his role as a good defender and dirty work player and he can score a little. Perfect bench player.

Ogbole showed me alot in the last game I hope that continues. He doesn't have to be great or even good. Just not lost.

One of Martini or PJ needs to step up. We need a three point shooter in the rotation. There are wide open threes available on most possessions thanks to Dylan and Ace.

I don't know if it was his injury but Acuff is a statue defensively and needs to step up his defensive game or be on the bench.

I know he's a freshman and he'll get better but right now Somerville is awful and cannot be on the floor during crunch time. The last drive by Harper the ball was served up to him on a silver platter for a putback and he had no idea where the ball was and it went right through his hands.

Lastly, there are are only one or two teams tops in our league that are as good or better than Alabama. The fact that were 2500 miles from our home court within a possession of them with the ball with less than a minute to go makes me think that this team is going to be a monster at home which that alone will carry us to the NCAA tournament.
