if only those 2 choice I say Rutgers. Michigan is trying to prove something this year and is purposely running up scores.

Wisconsin and Mich St are the only semi-close games so far. With Mich St they were up 17 entering the 4th but that is a rivalry game. Wisconsin is a top tier B10 West team this year and not a surprise they hung in. Wisconsin has only lost to Mich and OSU. Both losses were by 7 points.
