I think this is great. Obviously couldn’t get the money raised privately (probably focusing on football practice facility) and this at least gets it moving. Better than what they had.

It's an upgrade, facility-wise, while trading off an on-campus location for one that is a 15 minute car ride away. Hope it proves to be a nice home field advantage.
