EJ Warner is a qb we should be going all-in on IF IF IF IF we decide to pursue a portal QB. While I do believe AJ will be more than ready to start in 2025, if greg and kirk decide they prefer to have him develop for 2 years, he and our program would be best served doing so behind ej warner than behind gavin.
Ive watched ALOT of EJ Warner. His frosh year, his arm strength was laughably weak. However he apparently hit the weight room because it was evident to me after watching their game vs Akron before we played them that his arm strength went from bad to average.
EJ apparently is a film rat. The type of kid who will sleep at the facility after watching film late into the night. He gets the ball out faster than anyone in america. He is pin point accurate when hes not being put on his ass by the time he catches the snap.
We saw what kirks offense looked like with tanner morgan. EJ is basically Tanner Morgan.
