Is how he responds to coaching. He hasn't had tons of 1 on 1 sessions and I saw one of him and he really took well to the coaching. I still hamper my expectations on him but I am excited to see him be coached up. Coming from a tough background, he is pretty mature and has respect for a lot of people I feel. I think EJ and him will work well.
He might even be EJ's test for how well he can develop a player. Sanders game is good, but like everyone else, room for improvement. Hopefully EJ can get him there.
