Very fair. To me he looked like he was lost, and was getting froze out by team. Bad fit sadly.
Doubt Rutgers will be a lot better next year unless Pike brings in 3 big time starters, 2 solid bench guys, not to mention giving major NIL that we probably don’t have any more of. I think next year will be a major disappointment. Two superstars aren’t enough.
He looks a little bit like Cam.
I mean ya never now, but that is not a list of schools that Rutgers should be on.

Has always been that bad which he could survive at a lower level school like Stoney Brook or get by with at Rutgers with under recruited kids who were willing to play defense. Kids know but when your under recruited and Rutgers gives you a shot to play and start in the big ten you take that chance and hope your individual talent will allow you to score . Pikes teams win on defense and he has always been a bad offensive coach. Bennett at Virginia has the same problem but he just better at it then Pike. He has Won a National championship but knocked out 5 out of 6 years early ( 1 and 2 seeds).
Top tier recruits will not want to be in that position. After this year don’t think for one minute Ace and Dylan aren’t questioning him. The good news is they believe in them selves more then Pike. They believe they could play at Rider and win a National championship. Next year Pike has a chance to prove everyone wrong and I hope he does.
Lol you don't even know who's on the team yet...all of these bears...it's hard to achieve success in life or get any wins because you're defeated before you even start playing...first step to salvation is believing..

No, you know we have two returning no-pass guards who ignored GG and I fear Dylan will be the same kind of ball-dominant player who will focus only on Ace when he’s not hunting his own shot. That is clearly GG’s concern.

I have no idea but I’m pretty certain whoever we add will be willing to pass the ball to any legit 3 point threats we may have on the court at any given time.

The depth is already in place with at least 2 - 3 highly touted frosh rotating in and a seasoned JMike. Need 2 starters. Either a 3 or 4 and a 5.

He would be splitting the 3 with Ace since a 4 is a priority in the portal. His concerns about PT aren’t wrong.
Agreed Jmike is a situational defensive replacement who should play 12-15 min a game. Cannot be on the floor with the starters. Smart teams double Ace n Dylan and leave JMike wide open because he can’t hurt you. We are then playing 4 on 5 offense. So yes nice limited seasoned defensive specialist

JMike played 143 more minutes and attempted 35 fewer shots than Gavin but do go on.
One is a shooter the other a defensive stopper. Of course Gavin shot more that doesn’t mean JMike didn’t shoot the ball at a high volume for what he is a defensive stopper.

Yes i think so. I believe selfish guard play undermined his production and he expected the same next year.
And I think his leaving is a major red flag for portal talent.
