treated like an unwanted step-child that proved deserving of praise last season.

Saw this article the other day but decided not to post cause it is such a buzz kill. Oh, and MADHAT's emoji things say it all.

We lost 4/5 top scorers from last season, so not being included in the preseason top 5 is not too surprising. RU has a lot of unknowns going into the year, but a lot of potential positives:

• Return of starting PG KK Sanders
• Midseason debut of Alexis Morris, a huge talent at guard.
• Tekia Mack and Zippy came on strong at the end of last year--does that carry into this season?
• Development of Davenport.
• Much talked about improvement of Wallace.

RU was not in any of the B10 preseason polls last year, but still finished top 3 in the conference, and made it to the semis of B10 tournament without anyone on the all B10 first team. I think the only guarantee in the B10 this year is MD. RU has a lot of room to surprise people.
