Why we need upgrades to compete for anyone who still doesn't get it:

1) our peer groups all have them
2) any accomplished coach will require this
3) players go to schools who have them
4) better players and coaches = more wins

Given Rutgers circumstances, we'd be better served by an article that identifies and examines the top 10 programs who are succeeding without extravagant facilities.
