Releasing him would be the right thing to do for the kid, but letting him go to a program in your conference might not be a good move for the program.
I won't be surprised if Indiana releases Moore, but with the stipulation that he doesn't go to a B1G school and maybe some programs Indiana has on their OOC schedule .

The NLI release is not the same as NCAA permission to contact (e.g., releases cannot include conditons to be released to specific institutions).

He is the #142 rated recruit and from Pa. Why not if Pikiell, Hobbs and Knight go after him hard.....difficult, but not impossible
