His hands are outside the framework of the body. It's "holding", and not something to encourage at this age. Also, he's too high. Need him to drop his hips to gain leverage. From a physical standpoint, he's a bit short, and needs to add quality weight. Not sure why you think RU would be interested. He's a project at best. That said, he seems to have the desired level of intensity and looks focused. Maybe a walk on spot?

Good advice. May need to hit the camp circuit and work on that technique. Any pictures of other RU leans?
