Can't remember. What though, was the biggest spread overcome. Not a win, but...

Back when Harbaugh first got to Stanford I want to say they were a 41-43 point dog at USC and won. That may have been the biggest upset ever.

We were 28 point underdogs against #3 Florida ( Sports Illustrated had them ranked #1) in Gainsville back in the 80's under the Dick Anderson Era. We were down 28-0 at half. We came back to tie them 28-28 and a chance to win it late, but we fumbled inside the 10 yard line. Florida got the ball back, but could not score. Game over. I had the pleasure to be at that game. Their Coach was Gaylan Hall. Their Quarterback was Kerwin Bell and their runningback was Neil Anderson who went on to start for the Chicago Bears.

Maybe not this year. But I would be willing to take that bet next year. This RU team will be much better next year.

From a talent perspective, we'll be worse off next year than this year. The incoming freshmen are...freshmen. Ash is going to need a lot more time. Probably another 4 years to get to somewhat competitive.

With Washington shaping up as a legitimate playoff contender, Urban Meyer may want to hang an even bigger margin of victory on us than they did, just in case.

IMO, Janarion returning would turn out to be a huge blessing in disguise.

Could really help prevent a drop in the program's momemtum.
