The clips on Scarlet Knights.com. Brown had a spectacular final and really smoked the field, I believe his time was the fastest indoor time of the year (NCAA). Actually a pretty big deal.

99% of people will cut time off their indoor results when they get into the spring season. Conditioning, 400-meter tracks instead of 200 (or smaller), etc, etc. I can't wait to see not only what he does at the NCAA meet, but what the 4x400 can do at the Penn Relays.

the 4 x 400 should crush the school record outdoors this year with 2 guys already breaking 46 indoors.

Interesting that my brain still pops out 440, 880 and the Mile more readily than 400, 800 and 1600

just looked it up to refresh the precise difference - 440 yards (1 quarter mile) = 402.33600 meters
