Never! I cannot wait to get out of this democrat hell hole NJ. I cannot move to missisippi because I need to be near my beloved Atlantic Ocean.
I love the people of NJ and I love the state. At one time NJ used to be middle of the road. Not any longer. It has gone full libtard and we are paying a mighty price for that. Sad that a once great state with so much potential and built in advantages is sinking like the titanic. Makes me sad to see my home state sink into the depths of depravity all because democrats spend money like sailors on leave!

Great strategy. I will always keep at least one home in Ca. because the weather is so great, but this will not be my main residence in the not too distant future. Anyone who either grew up here or lived here for a long enough time sees the writing on the wall. SoCal is still a great place because of it's beauty, but it's no longer nearly what it once was.

    It got Libtarded.

Hard to believe the beautiful Forest Hill section of Newark, with all its mansions and wonderful landscaping has been allowed to fall into ruin

Hell, even Dago Hill in St Louis where my dad grew up, is a beautifully preserved Italian section and tourist area now

Anyone who grew up near Newark is being disingenuous as to how it is now compared to how it was 20-30 years ago. There a some great areas....but still a long way to go.

Its quite funny that Skinny continues to spout nonsense and proves that he really is completely wrong about everything. I really hope this guy doesn't actually advise people on what to do with their money.

    Housing prices up 15% YoY.

Yeah great restaurants but good luck finding a parking spot unless you’re near NPS.

2700 bucks to live in fvcking Newark. That just shows you there’s no shortage of stupid ppl driving up the market. I pay $880 a month for my pad in Nash. Oh, and I don’t pay any state income tax, gas is 30 cents a gallon cheaper and car insurance is about half of what I was paying in Nj

Battle Monument section of Trenton is possibly the worst of the worst.

One reason why Hamilton will never vote to have it's zip codes separate from Trenton's? All of Trenton's police & firemen live in those zip codes...and Trenton ain't rescinding their "you have to live here to work here" laws.

Hahaha...I’m sure I’ll be back. We’re already talking about what to do after the first one finishes high school. Not a day goes by that I don’t crave a sandwich from Belgiovines

    https://priceonomics.com/where-home-prices-are-rising-the-fastest-slowest/

The large cities with the fastest home appreciation were Newark, Dallas, and Buffalo where prices increased more than 15% in each place. The large city where prices decreased the fastest was Seattle, where home prices actually fell 2.4%.

I guess some people are moving to Newark, the fastest home appreciation city in the USA ahead of Dallas.

Dallas makes sense given all those folks are fleeing Cali for it. Buffalo and Newark ? I smell fake news.

Didn't the town get screwed by Red Bull Stadium regarding taxes and paying for area roads, etc?

Exactly! The same way Elizabeth high school ends up as one of the top NJ HIGH SCHOOLS every year. Hmmm, makes one wonder what methodology they are using.
