When do you say "Enough is enough, we need a new coach?" If we get beat by Kansas? If we don't make it to .500? The purpose of a message board (particularly this one) is supposed to be for civil debate, and I'd like to have some.
My position is this: I have never been really thrilled with Flood, to be sure. After last year's success, I was willing to give him a shot. Now, I believe that Flood should no longer be the coach of Rutgers based on the off-the-field issues; if those did not happen, I would have actively called for a new coach if he didn't hit .500 at the end of the year (although I would have publicly wondered if we could do better than .500).
