i think a 30 million refresh that includes an enlarge lobby / more bathrooms and concessions of JMA would be more feasible than a new arena in downtown NB.. What about long term plan for hockey that would need a stand alone facility....downtown NB would be perfect for a public-private partnership for a facility.

Of note his reference to Yurcak..

Yurcak has been outdated for two decades and feels more like a high school stadium. The pitch itself is stunning and a testament to the grounds crew. But everything from the stands to the outer-lying area (bathrooms, concessions) and the press box is just worn down.

3 A good recruiting season for WBB
4. Continuing improvements in all other sports- baseball, soccer, wrestling, lax, track, diving, etc
